Visa Information

ICCVE will provide documentation for registered authors of accepted papers to support obtaining a travel visa to Austria. 

If you require a visa support letter to attend the Conference, contact the conference manager by email at: [email protected] In your email, provide the following information:

• Complete name
• Mailing address
• Accepted paper number (if applicable)
• Accepted paper title (if applicable)
• Any other details that  your country of residence requires for your visa application

PLEASE NOTE: You must be registered for the conference to receive a visa support letter.

The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend ICCVE 2019. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference or have an accepted paper before requesting a visa support letter.
